It is my own experience of working with plant medicine that has led to this new collaboration for the Sacred Body Alchemy Journey. The relationship we build with these bodies is deeply supported by the Earth and her medicine.

I’m deeply honored and excited to introduce you to my dear friend and collaborator. Someone whose work aligns powerfully with the purpose of supporting those on the path of self-liberation and embodied empowerment.
For years, I’ve worked personally with her plant medicine, and the depth of support it has offered my body, my being, and my path has been nothing short of transformative. It has been a profound source of empowerment and a reclamation of bodily autonomy, guiding me ever closer to the truth of who I am.

Meet Jen:

Jen is a clinical herbalist, Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) educator, and the founder of Potter Apothecary. Her work is rooted in education and empowerment as keys to deepening body literacy and reconnecting people with plant medicine as a source of healing. With over 15 years of experience as a pharmacist, she brings a unique perspective, bridging the clinical insights of Western medicine with a deep reverence for holistic approaches.

Sacred Body Alchemy Herbal Support

As part of this add-on offering in the Sacred Body Alchemy journey, you’ll receive:

  • A 90-minute intake consultation over Zoom with Jen, where you will explore what kind of support you’re seeking from plant medicine

  • Jen will review your intake information provided to Sonya and collaborate with her to better understand your energetic and emotional landscape

  • From there, you will receive custom-formulated herbal support to carry you through the journey. This includes up to three personalized herbal blends, such as tinctures, teas, or glycerites—all included in the cost of the service.

  • All participants will receive the Body Bliss Elixir, exclusively created for this journey. Jen created this herbal elixir with intention on the full moon in Capricorn, which invites Cancerian energy of higher love and emotional exploration into Capricorn’s physical world of boundaries and consistent productive work. This devotional formula opens the heart, while offering energetic protection and support in your healing work during the Sacred Body Alchemy journey. This elixir will be provided to all participants with intended use daily prior to doing the Bliss Body meditation.
