This is not about just learning techniques.
It is about developing capacity, precision, and trust — in yourself, in the body, and in the intelligence moving through both.

Each module includes 3 live in-person (online if discussed) classes, monthly integration calls with partner practice between classes to integrate the work somatically, relationally, and energetically.

What Sets This Apprenticeship Apart
Many somatic, therapeutic, and energetic modalities are organized around specific techniques, interventions, or frameworks. While these approaches can be valuable, they often emphasize what to do rather than how to be with what is arising. This apprenticeship takes a different orientation. It trains the practitioner’s capacity to stay present, regulated, and discerning in real time, so the work remains responsive rather than procedural.
Rather than applying techniques to the body, emotions, or energetic field, this work emphasizes listening, attunement, and restraint. Sensation is prioritized before interpretation. Emotional material is met without urgency to resolve it. Energetic information is tracked without performance or inflation. Intervention is used sparingly and only when it supports the natural intelligence of the process.
This apprenticeship also includes energetic and spiritual dimensions as part of the learning, grounded in lived practice rather than belief systems. Participants learn to perceive and work with subtle fields, collective dynamics, and energetic information while remaining embodied, regulated, and ethically clear. Spiritual orientation is treated as a capacity to be refined, not as an identity to perform or a framework to adopt.
Relational practice is central. Learning happens through partner work and shared presence, allowing patterns of fixing, rescuing, dissociation, or overreach to be seen and addressed directly, in real time, within a well-held container.
Throughout the training, there is a strong emphasis on scope of practice, integrity, and self-responsibility. The result is not a new modality to apply, but a practitioner who can work somatically, emotionally, and energetically with clarity, restraint, and embodied authority.
What This Training Develops
This apprenticeship is designed to develop the internal capacities that allow practitioners to work with bodies, emotions, and energy without force, urgency, or overreach. Rather than teaching a method to apply, it strengthens the practitioner’s ability to stay present, discern what is happening, and respond with precision.
The training is structured around three interrelated pillars:
Somatic Wisdom
The capacity to listen to the body as a source of intelligence rather than a problem to solve. This includes developing body literacy, respecting sensation before interpretation, and supporting expression without imposing meaning or direction.
Emotional Alchemy
The ability to remain rooted with emotional material, in yourself and with others, without fixing, bypassing, or collapsing into story. This pillar develops emotional presence, completion, and integration through direct felt experience.
Energetic Attunement & Mastery
The refinement of subtle perception, presence, and energetic discernment. This includes learning to read energetic information, work within the relational and collective fields, and engage spiritually without inflation, projection, or loss of grounding.
Together, these pillars cultivate practitioners who are regulated, discerning, and trustworthy, able to meet complexity with steadiness and restraint, and to work across somatic, emotional, and energetic layers with integrity.
Program Overview
The Sacred Alchemist Apprenticeship unfolds over three sequential modules. Each module builds on the previous one, allowing capacity to develop gradually through lived experience, relational practice, and integration.
Each module includes three live in-person classes, a monthly online integration call with partner practice between sessions, supporting embodied learning rather than conceptual understanding alone.
Module I — Somatic Wisdom
Listening to the Body Without Interfering
This module establishes the foundation of body literacy and sovereignty. Participants learn to read sensation, pattern, and communication without imposing interpretation or urgency. Emphasis is placed on curiosity over concern, sensation before definition, and allowing expression to complete itself without fixing or direction.
You will learn to:
Work with the womb, fascia, nervous system, and hormonal landscape as living intelligence
Develop body literacy: reading sensation, pattern, and communication
Map the body as a field of information rather than a problem to solve
Identify your scope of practice when “talking to the body”
Language what the body is communicating without interpretation or projection
Practice curiosity over concern
Stay with sensation before definition
Release the impulse to fix, figure out, or correct
Allow expression, experience, and acknowledgment to do the work
Core orientation:
Nothing is broken.
Nothing needs to be solved.
The body speaks when it is listened to
Module II — Emotional Alchemy
Staying Rooted in Emotional Material
Building on somatic awareness, this module develops the capacity to remain present with emotional intensity — in yourself and with others. Participants learn to work with emotional material as lived experience rather than story, to recognize activation without escalation, and to support completion and integration without rescuing or bypassing.
You will learn to:
Stay rooted while emotional material arises
Hold space without saving, soothing, or bypassing
Track emotional material beneath verbal communication
Work with emotional memory stored in the body
Stay with the felt experience rather than the story
Recognize energetic activation and sensation loops
Break pattern/story attachment and return to direct experience
Use breath as a tool for alchemy and regulation
Re-anchor clients when activation occurs
Reflect proof of change so integration can land
Core orientation:
Emotion does not need to be managed.
It needs to be met, felt, and completed.
Module III — Energetic Attunement & Mastery
Presence as the Primary Tool
This module refines subtle perception and energetic discernment. Participants learn to read and work with energetic and collective fields while remaining grounded and regulated. Spiritual and energetic dimensions are approached experientially, with strong emphasis on integrity, scope, and embodied presence rather than belief or performance.
You will learn to:
Attune to subtle energetic information
Develop meditation as a perceptual skill, not a coping tool
Name and notice without collapsing meaning
Cultivate radical, embodied presence
Read energy without interpretation or performance
Work with collective consciousness and shared fields
Develop energetic language that is precise, grounded, and non-inflated

The energy responds to how you arrive.

Duration:
A 9-month apprenticeship designed for paced, embodied integration.Structure:

Live classes: approximately 5 hours each x9
Partner practice: to be scheduled at least once a week
Integration Calls: 90 mins each (Zoom)
Container Agreements:
This is a professional training container, not a therapeutic or crisis-support space. Participants are expected to self-regulate, maintain confidentiality, respect scope of practice, and engage responsibly with the group.

This apprenticeship is designed for participants who are able to commit fully to the container. Enrollment includes an agreement to:
Attend live sessions a majority of the time
Engage consistently in partner practice
Take responsibility for personal regulation, pacing, and integration
Participate with integrity, confidentiality, and respect for the shared field
This is not a drop-in or casual program. The depth and effectiveness of the work rely on continuity, presence, and relational responsibility over time.

The Sacred Alchemist Apprenticeship is open to those who have completed at least one Sacred Body Alchemy Journey. This prerequisite ensures a shared foundation of language, pacing, and somatic orientation before entering the apprenticeship container.
This training is designed for participants who are able to:
Self-regulate and take responsibility for their emotional and nervous system states
Engage consistently in live sessions and partner practice
Learn through relationship, shared inquiry, and collective responsibility
Respect scope of practice, boundaries, and confidentiality
Participate with presence, integrity, and restraint
This apprenticeship is not intended as primary therapeutic support or crisis intervention. Those currently in acute crisis are encouraged to seek appropriate external support before enrolling.
By enrolling, you are confirming that you meet the prerequisite and are ready to participate fully in a committed, relational learning environment.

The Sacred Alchemist Apprenticeship is a commitment to depth, integrity, and relational responsibility. It is a space for practitioners and beings who are ready to slow down, listen more precisely, and refine how they work with bodies, with others, and with the spaces they hold.
